1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to InsoSave, an independent mobile media utility application developed and operated by Fameviso ("Fameviso," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InsoSave mobile application (the "Application," "App," or "Service"), including its media-related features, advertisements, local storage functionality, and other associated services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using InsoSave, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue using the Application.

These Terms apply specifically to InsoSave and are separate from any terms governing the general Fameviso website or other Fameviso products.

2. Description of the Application

InsoSave is an independent utility application designed to help users access, preview, organize, and save supported digital media content.

Depending on availability, supported features may include:

Downloading supported photos and videos.
Retrieving publicly accessible media information.
Saving supported Reels and Stories.
Viewing and saving supported profile images.
Retrieving available captions and hashtags.
Extracting or saving supported audio content.
Downloading multiple media items through bulk processing features.
Saving compatible media files to a device's local storage or photo library.
Customizing language and appearance preferences.
Accessing advertising-supported or premium-related features.

Certain functionality may be limited, modified, unavailable, or discontinued depending on technical requirements, third-party services, geographical restrictions, and applicable laws.

The availability of a feature does not guarantee that every social media link, profile, or media item can be successfully accessed or downloaded.

3. Independent Application and Trademark Disclaimer

InsoSave is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or their affiliated companies.

Instagram and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners.

All third-party names, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party platforms are used solely to describe the Application's functionality and compatibility.

InsoSave does not represent itself as an official Instagram application or an authorized Meta partner.

4. Acceptable Use and User Responsibilities

You agree to use InsoSave only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Application complies with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and the terms of relevant third-party services.

You must have the necessary rights or authorization before accessing, downloading, copying, storing, distributing, modifying, or otherwise using third-party content.

Permitted uses may include downloading your own content or content for which you have obtained appropriate authorization, subject to applicable platform rules.

You agree not to use InsoSave to:

Download or distribute copyrighted material without the necessary rights or permission.
Violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Access private or restricted information without authorization.
Circumvent security measures, access controls, or technological restrictions.
Redistribute downloaded content unlawfully.

Use the Application for fraudulent or otherwise unlawful activities.
Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Application or supporting infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for the legality of the content you choose to access, download, save, or share through InsoSave.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

InsoSave respects the intellectual property rights of content creators, copyright owners, and third-party platforms.

The Application does not grant users ownership of third-party content or any license beyond rights they independently possess or obtain from the relevant rights holders.

Downloading content does not automatically grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, sell, publicly perform, or commercially exploit that content.

Users must obtain all necessary permissions before engaging in activities requiring authorization from copyright owners or other relevant parties.

Fameviso does not claim ownership of third-party media accessed through the Application.

Please include sufficient information to identify the content, describe the alleged infringement, and allow us to review the concern.

We reserve the right to restrict or discontinue functionality where reasonably necessary to address legal or intellectual property concerns.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Media Availability

InsoSave may interact with external websites, social media platforms, media sources, and third-party technical services.

These services operate independently and may change their functionality, access requirements, policies, or technical systems without notice.

As a result:

Certain links may become unavailable.
Some media may not be accessible or downloadable.
Content may be removed by its original publisher.
Media quality and file formats may vary.
Private, restricted, or otherwise unavailable content may not be supported.
Download functionality may be interrupted or discontinued.

Fameviso does not guarantee uninterrupted access to external content or compatibility with every third-party platform.

Users remain responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of the external services they access.

7. Third-Party APIs and Technical Providers

InsoSave may use Fameviso's own technical infrastructure together with third-party APIs and media-information providers to process supported requests.

These services may include external API providers made available through commercial API marketplaces.

Third-party services may be responsible for retrieving media information, processing requested URLs, or providing access to supported media resources.

Fameviso does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, legality, or continued operation of third-party API responses.

Changes to an external provider's infrastructure, pricing, restrictions, or technical requirements may affect the availability of InsoSave features.

We reserve the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue integrations when reasonably necessary.

The use of a third-party API does not imply that InsoSave has an official partnership with the relevant social media platform.

8. Media Downloads and Local File Storage

When you initiate a supported download, InsoSave may retrieve media information through its supporting services and save compatible content to your device.

Depending on your device and the permissions granted, files may be saved to your photo library, local application storage, or another available location.

You are responsible for:

Ensuring sufficient storage space is available.
Granting necessary device permissions.
Managing downloaded files.
Maintaining backups where appropriate.
Respecting applicable intellectual property and privacy rights.

Downloaded files may remain on your device after the Application is uninstalled.

Fameviso does not guarantee that downloaded files can be recovered if they are deleted, corrupted, or lost.

9. Bulk Downloads and Usage Limits

InsoSave may provide bulk media-processing or downloading features.

To protect service availability, manage technical resources, and maintain a reasonable user experience, usage limits may apply.

These limits may vary according to:

The Application version.
Available service capacity.
Free or premium-related functionality.
Third-party API restrictions.
Network performance.
Advertising-supported access requirements.

The Application may display different usage limits for free and premium-related functionality.

Such limits are subject to change and do not guarantee that all requested media items will be available.

We reserve the right to limit unusually intensive activity or suspend abusive requests that threaten the reliability or security of the Service.

10. Advertising and Google AdMob

InsoSave may display advertisements provided through Google AdMob and its advertising partners.

Advertisements help support the operation and maintenance of free or advertising-funded features.

Advertising may include banner advertisements, full-screen advertisements, or other supported formats.

Advertisement availability, content, frequency, and presentation may vary depending on technical circumstances and applicable advertising requirements.

Fameviso does not necessarily endorse products or services advertised by third parties.

Interactions with advertisements, including visits to external websites, may be governed by the advertiser's own terms and privacy policies.

11. Premium Features, Subscriptions, and Test Functionality

InsoSave may offer premium-related features, including expanded usage limits or reduced advertising, depending on the Application version.

Certain development or testing versions may include simulated subscription functionality intended solely for testing.

A simulated or Sandbox premium activation does not constitute a real purchase or a paid subscription.

Such testing functionality may be modified, reset, disabled, or removed.

If real paid subscriptions become available through Apple's App Store, the applicable pricing, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, and other required disclosures will be presented before a purchase is confirmed.

Any real subscription will be subject to the purchase terms displayed through the applicable app marketplace.

Fameviso will not represent an unimplemented or simulated purchase as an active paid subscription.

12. Device Permissions and Security

Certain InsoSave features may require permission to access device functionality, including the photo library or available file-saving interfaces.

You may manage permissions through your device's operating system settings.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your device.

We recommend keeping your operating system and the Application updated.

Devices with modified operating-system security restrictions, including certain jailbroken or rooted devices, may expose users to additional security risks or compatibility issues.

Fameviso does not guarantee full functionality on unsupported or modified devices.

13. Internet Connection and Data Charges

Certain InsoSave functions require an active internet connection.

Connection availability may depend on your Wi-Fi network, mobile operator, device settings, and external service availability.

You are responsible for any charges associated with your internet connection, including mobile data usage and international roaming charges.

Media downloads, particularly videos and bulk downloads, may consume significant amounts of data.

Fameviso is not responsible for charges imposed independently by your internet or mobile network provider.

14. Availability, Updates, and Modifications

We aim to maintain and improve InsoSave, but we do not guarantee that the Application or any particular feature will always be available.

We may introduce updates, modify features, adjust service limitations, or discontinue particular functionality for reasons including:

Security improvements.
Technical maintenance.
Changes to third-party APIs.
Legal or regulatory requirements.
App marketplace policies.
Service reliability.
Product development.

Some updates may be required to continue using the Application.

We may discontinue the Application or specific services where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable legal obligations and any enforceable consumer rights.

15. Prohibited Interference and Application Ownership

The InsoSave application, its original interface, software, design, branding, documentation, and proprietary elements are owned by Fameviso or its respective licensors.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, Fameviso grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on compatible devices.

You may not, except where permitted by applicable law or authorized in writing:

Copy or redistribute proprietary portions of the Application.
Modify or create unauthorized derivative versions.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary source code.
Remove copyright or ownership notices.
Use Fameviso trademarks without authorization.
Sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Application.
Interfere with the Application's infrastructure or security.

This section does not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to open-source software or legally permitted interoperability.

16. Privacy and Personal Information

Your privacy is important to Fameviso.

InsoSave may process information associated with media requests, technical service operations, advertisements, device permissions, and support communications.

Our collection, use, sharing, and retention of personal information are described in the separate InsoSave App Privacy Policy available through the Application and the Fameviso website.

Please review that policy to understand the applicable data-processing practices and your privacy rights.

The InsoSave App Privacy Policy is separate from the general privacy policy applicable to the Fameviso website.

17. No Guarantee of Third-Party Content

InsoSave provides tools and interfaces intended to facilitate supported media-related operations.

Fameviso does not independently guarantee the accuracy, ownership, availability, authenticity, quality, or legality of content originating from third-party platforms.

The responsibility for third-party content remains with the relevant publishers, rights holders, and service providers, as applicable.

Users should verify that they have the appropriate rights before relying on, distributing, or using downloaded content.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InsoSave is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Fameviso does not guarantee that:

The Application will operate without interruption.
Every media URL will be supported.
External platforms will remain compatible.
Downloads will always succeed.
Media files will always be available in a specific resolution or format.
The Application will be free from every technical error.
Third-party providers will remain continuously available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fameviso is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

Third-party service interruptions.
External platform restrictions.
Network failures.
Incompatible devices.
Unauthorized use of copyrighted content by users.
Loss of files caused by factors outside Fameviso's control.
Independent actions or policies of third-party providers.

Fameviso does not assume responsibility for content that users download, redistribute, or otherwise use without appropriate authorization.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

20. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to particular Application features when reasonably necessary to:

Prevent abuse or fraudulent activity.
Protect users or service infrastructure.
Respond to legal or regulatory requirements.
Address intellectual property concerns.
Prevent significant security or operational risks.

You may stop using InsoSave at any time by uninstalling the Application.

Termination of your use does not automatically remove files you previously saved outside the Application's own storage.

Provisions that reasonably need to survive termination, including intellectual property obligations, applicable disclaimers, and dispute-related provisions, may continue to apply.

21. Apple App Store and Other Distribution Platforms

If you download InsoSave through Apple's App Store, your use of the Application is also subject to applicable Apple platform terms.

These Terms are between you and Fameviso, not Apple, except to the extent that Apple has rights under applicable platform agreements.

Fameviso is responsible for the Application and its associated services to the extent required by applicable law and agreements.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for InsoSave beyond any obligations imposed by applicable law or Apple's own terms.

Where Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, its relevant provisions also govern your use of the Application.

You must comply with applicable app marketplace usage rules.

22. User Eligibility

InsoSave is not specifically designed for or directed toward children under the age of 13.

Users must satisfy the minimum age requirements applicable to their jurisdiction and relevant app marketplace.

Where legally required, minors must have the appropriate authorization or supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the Application as required by applicable law.

23. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.

To the extent legally permitted, disputes arising from InsoSave and these Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to Fameviso's business operations in Türkiye.

Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer rights, jurisdictional protections, or other legal safeguards that may apply in your country of residence.

We encourage users to contact Fameviso first so that concerns can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved informally.

24. Changes to These Terms

Fameviso may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Application, third-party services, legal requirements, or business operations.

Any revised Terms will be published on the applicable Fameviso webpage with an updated revision date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain necessary agreement before material changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Application following the effective date of updated Terms may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with revised Terms, you should discontinue using the Application.
