1. Return Window We offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy. You have exactly 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery to initiate a return for your books.

2. Accepted Return Reasons We accept returns for both of the following situations:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a strategy guide or book with printing errors, unreadable pages, or any damage, we will gladly accept the return and offer a full refund or replacement.

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you simply change your mind or realize the educational material is not exactly what you needed, we accept your return without any hassle.

3. Product Condition To be eligible for a "Customer Remorse" return, the product must be in New condition (unmarked, unread, and unused). For defective products, this condition requirement does not apply.

4. Return Method & Shipping Fees

  • Return Method: All physical or tangible returns must be sent back by mail.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping is completely Free of charge. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. How to Initiate a Return To start a return process, please contact our official support team. Once your request is received, we will provide you with the free return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to our facility.

6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund immediately. The full amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
