Binding terms for all purchases made on FameViso.

Please read this document carefully. By placing an order and completing a payment on FameViso, you automatically accept and agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and strict refund policies outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services.

1. Delivery and Account Requirements

FameViso provides digital social media marketing services (including but not limited to followers, likes, and views). By placing an order, you agree to the following technical requirements:

  • Public Profile Required: Your social media account must remain PUBLIC during the entire delivery process. If you set your account to private or change your username while an order is active, the delivery will instantly fail. No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries caused by private accounts or changed usernames.
  • Delivery Timeframes: The delivery speeds stated on our website are estimates. High-volume orders or global updates from social networks may cause delays. Delays do not qualify for a refund unless the delivery fails to start within 72 hours of the purchase.
  • Simultaneous Orders: Do not use other social media service providers or place multiple orders for the same link at the same time. We will not be able to count the exact delivery, and no refunds will be provided for overlaps.

2. Metric Drops & Engagement Expectations

FameViso delivers real and high-quality profiles to your accounts. However, social media platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X) constantly update their algorithms and routinely purge inactive or unengaged accounts.

Important Notice on Drops:Because we deliver genuine metric enhancements, we have no control over the actions of the platform or the users themselves. Drops in follower counts, likes, or views are a normal part of social media algorithms. FameViso is NOT responsible or liable for any decreases in metrics after the order has been delivered.

  • No Refund for Drops: We do not issue refunds if your followers or likes drop over time. You are purchasing a digital delivery service, not a lifetime retention guarantee.
  • Engagement: Purchasing followers does not guarantee future engagement (likes, comments) from those users on your future posts. We only guarantee the delivery of the quantity purchased.
  • Courtesy Refills: As a gesture of goodwill, FameViso may offer a 30-Day Refill Guarantee on specific packages. If a significant drop occurs within 30 days, we will refill the missing amount for free. This is a refill guarantee, not a money-back guarantee.

3. Refund & Chargeback Policy

Because FameViso offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we strictly enforce a NO REFUND policy once the order is placed and the delivery process has started.

  • When Refunds are Granted: The only condition under which a refund is issued is if we are completely unable to deliver your order due to a system failure on our end.
  • No "Change of Mind" Refunds: Once the payment is completed and the link is submitted, the order cannot be canceled, stopped, or refunded because you changed your mind.

Zero Tolerance for Fraudulent Chargebacks:By purchasing from FameViso, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback via your credit card provider, PayPal, Stripe, or Bank for a completed order. Filing a fraudulent chargeback is considered theft. If you open an unjustified dispute:

  • We will immediately submit your IP address, device footprint, order log, and social media account link to the payment gateway to win the dispute.
  • Your email, IP, and social media accounts will be permanently blacklisted from our platform and our partner networks.
  • We reserve the right to undo and remove all delivered followers, likes, and views from your social media accounts.

4. Limitation of Liability

FameViso is entirely separate from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and any other platform we service.

  • Account Bans/Suspensions: While we use safe, password-free delivery methods, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure your actions comply with the Terms of Service of the respective social media networks. FameViso is not responsible for any account bans, shadowbans, or content removals. You utilize our services at your own risk.
  • Business Damages: Under no circumstances shall FameViso be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of business, or loss of reputation resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

5. Final Acceptance

By checking out on FameViso, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Customer Agreement in its entirety. You confirm that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used and that the purchase is legally binding.
