Customer Agreement
- These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made on FameViso.com and MyInstaFollow.com (together, “Sites”). The products/services are created and sold by Ys Media (“Vendor”).
- All sales are final. There is a 0-day return policy. Cash refunds are not offered except where required by law.
- If service does not start due to our fault, our sole remedies are re-delivery or account credit at our discretion. Once delivery starts, orders are non-refundable.
- Support requests must be directed to the Vendor via the Sites’ support channels. The Vendor may choose with whom to do business.
- We may provide real/organic promotion where stated; however, drops or fluctuations can occur due to third-party platform behavior. We are not responsible for such drops unless a refill is expressly offered on the product page.
- If you change your username, make your account private/restricted, remove the content, or close your account after delivery has started, your order may be canceled without refund.
- Chargebacks: You agree to contact support first. Initiating a card chargeback contrary to these Terms is a breach. We will dispute improper chargebacks with logs (order ID, timestamps, IP/device, delivery proof).
- All information submitted is subject to our Privacy Policy. Upon successful payment, order data may be shared with the Vendor to fulfill and support your purchase.
- Fraud or abuse may lead to order cancellation, refusal of future service, and reporting to payment processors or authorities as permitted by law.
- By completing checkout, you consent to electronic records and provide a legally binding electronic signature to these Terms.
